These terms govern the relationship between Bilal Studio ("Studio", "I", "we") and any individual or business ("Client") who commissions web design or development services. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Bilal Studio provides custom web design, web development, brand identity, and related digital creative services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins.
Each project includes one round of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at €80/hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Standard delivery is 72 hours from receipt of all required materials (copy, images, brand assets). Delays caused by late client feedback extend the timeline proportionally.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns all custom design and code produced for the project. Bilal Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their own licenses.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without permission, except where required by law.
Bilal Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
