Who we are

What data we collect

We only collect data you actively provide:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, project type, budget range, and message. This is sent to our inbox and used solely to reply to your enquiry.
• Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that collects no personal data and sets no cookies. It only records aggregate page-view counts.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking tools that collect personal data.

How we use your data

• To respond to your project enquiry.
• To communicate about an ongoing project if you become a client.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.

Legal basis (GDPR)

For EU/EEA visitors, we process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and pre-contractual steps (discussing a potential project). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained in our email inbox for up to 2 years. If you become a client, project-related correspondence may be kept for up to 5 years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@bilalstudio.io to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. We use localStorage only to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice.

Third-party services

• Vercel — website hosting. Your IP may be processed to serve pages.
• Plausible Analytics — anonymous analytics, no personal data.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions.
